WARRANTY, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

**Please note: if you purchased your Pajar product from a 3rd party website or retail store other than pajar.com, we advise you to contact your point of purchase for any warranty, return or exchange related matters**

 

**To our valued customers a courtesy reminder that due to the very high volume of transactions during Black Friday and Boxing Day, we will not be able to process any requests for returns, exchanges and repairs on the following days: November 28 to December 3 and December 24 to January 2.  We sincerely thank you for your understanding.**

ONLINE PURCHASES
It is our sincere wish that you be completely satisfied with your Pajar Canada purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review the policy below.

We are happy to provide free shipping for all outgoing orders and exchanges of over $100 before taxes.  Shipping costs for items to be refunded are not covered by Pajar Canada.

Please note that insoles, socks, hats and shoe care kits are not exchangeable or refundable.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for refunds and exchanges, your merchandise must:

  • Be purchased from the Pajar Canada online store, pajar.com, and received within the last 30 days.  Proof of purchase is absolutely required.
  • Be unworn and in its original condition.  Please make sure to try your new footwear on a clean interior surface.  
  • Include all original hangtags, packaging, and components.  Footwear must be inside the original box.
  • Be pre-approved by a customer service representative and assigned a return authorization (RA) number.  To obtain an RA number, kindly contact us at pajarwebservices@gmail.com.  

Please note: Attaching 2-3 photos are recommended and will help us understand better the concerns you are trying to convey.

RA number must be clearly indicated on the package that is being returned.

The package must be packed and sealed securely.


REFUNDS
Once we receive your merchandise and the refund process is completed, we will send you an email confirmation.  The refund will be processed on the same form of payment that was used to make your purchasePlease note that depending on the processes of your financial institution, it may take up to 5 – 10 business days after you receive the Pajar Canada refund notification for the funds to appear on your credit card statement.  Once you have received the Pajar Canada refund notification, the funds would have already left Pajar Canada.

Shipping costs: Customers who are requesting a refund are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Pajar Canada.  Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery.  Customers are responsible for their product until Pajar Canada signs for its delivery.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to make an exchange only,  and provided that your “return for an exchange” meets the eligibility criteria tabulated above, we recommend that you place a new order for the item that you would like and then proceed with the steps for the “return for an exchange”, as we cannot guarantee that  your desired item will be available at the time that the exchange is received. If another purchase is not possible, please email us at pajarwebservices@gmail.com for the exchange, understanding that Pajar Canada cannot guarantee inventory availability.  If inventory is not available, Pajar Canada will refund your purchase. 

For a “return for an exchange”, please follow the following simple instructions (refer to REFUNDS & EXCHANGES for eligibility) :

REFUNDS:
Contact us -> Obtain an RA number -> Ship.


EXCHANGES:
Contact us -> Obtain an RA number and receive a prepaid label -> Ship.


WARRANTY
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, footwear is under a limited six- month warranty from the date of purchase, and outerwear is under a limited one- year warranty from the date of purchase.

Pajar Canada reserves the right to repair or replace an item if it is deemed to be defective after inspection.  

Conditions & Exclusions
This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from accidents and misuse.  

This warranty does not extend to zippers, velcro, eyelets, laces, dye transference and abnormal wear. 

This warranty is considered null and void if the item is altered, serviced or repaired by a third party.
