How do I place an order?

How will I know if my order went through?

You will receive an email confirmation and will see that the payment went through on your credit card or bank statement.

Can I add items to my order that I just placed?

Once your order has been placed, we can no longer add or modify the order.

Do you have a store I can shop at?

Yes, we currently have a PAJAR corporate retail store: 1. Premium Outlets Montréal (Mirabel, QC) *Pajar products are also sold at a wide range of retail stores

How do I use my promotional code?

Promotional codes can be applied at checkout. The promo box is located on the top right under the selected items. Promotional codes cannot be applied to items that are already discounted.

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently do not offer express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within North America only (Canada, USA).

How much is shipping?

Free shipping for all orders over $100 before tax. For all orders under $100 before tax, shipping will be calculated automatically based on your address.

Do you ship to PO Box?

We currently do not ship to a PO Box.

My tracking number states that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?

All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If not, they will be returned back to the sender.

My order was return to sender. What should I do?

Please make sure to track your order once you receive your tracking number. We will not be responsible to reship. A refund will be processed back onto your account upon receipt.

I have ordered several items. Will I receive them separately?

It is possible that orders including more than one item may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive email updates that will provide you with the tracking details.

The delivery address on my order is incorrect. What do I do?

Please email us at info@pajar.com with the correct full mailing address and your order number within 24 hours from the time of purchase and we will do our best to make the changes. For security reasons, we are unable to change the entire address of delivery.

I’ve received an incorrect item, what do I do?

How do I cancel my order?

Please be advised that we cannot modify or cancel any orders that have been placed.

Why was my order cancelled?

This may occur if the item was not available at our warehouse (out of stock) when fulfilling your order. OR Our system reported your method of payment as fraudulent (example. Billing information is incorrect). *You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original method of payment.

The item is out of stock. When will it be available again?

What are the care instructions for Pajar jackets?

The cleaning procedures for your Pajar Jacket are printed on the tag inside the jacket. We normally suggest to wash the jacket with cold water, on tumble, with dryer balls on a low setting. If the down is flat, it can take more than one cycle for it to completely dry.

Is my Pajar jacket waterproof?

Pajar jackets are water resistant. *Please note, our winter Pajar jackets are not Rain Coats .

Where can I repair my jacket?

What are the instructions for fur trim care?

Over time, the fur may dry up and may start to shed. A specialist/furrier would be able to reduce some of the shedding by applying conditioning treatments and regular cleaning.

How do I fix feather leaks?

Every time a feather is half out, try to pull it to the other side to prevent it from coming out completely. You must take into account the fact that there will always be natural leaks from any feather filled jackets.

How do I take care of my Pajar boots?

Boots with leather, nubuck and nylon uppers: Clean surface using a damp cloth. Once dry, apply silicone-based weatherproof spray Boots with suede uppers: Clean surface using a suede brush, then apply a silicone-based weatherproof spray. * Please note, if your boots are wet from the elements, clean them with a damp cloth and mild soap. Make sure to let them dry in a ventilated area away from a direct heat source. * Always clean your boots before putting them in storage. Store your boots in a dry area during the warmer months of the year.
